Visible Business Advice brings objective eyes and ears to help analyse and resolve the issues which are important to your company’s development and success.

We are an Irish company specialising in the provision of management consulting services to start up and developing companies. These consulting services include strategic reviews, market entry positioning and strategy, management structure and active participation in recruitment and selection of staff at all levels.

The Managing Director is Rex Coghlan and he is assisted by a network of professionals with specific skills in Accounting, Business Coaching, Sales Training, Database Construction and Systems Development.

Rex has over 35 years professional experience in business.

He worked for 12 years in the marketing department of a major grocery distributor and was the owner and manager of a packaging business employing 45 people for 20 years.

He is currently on the board of directors of two of our client companies.

He has excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written and has a strong ability to communicate at all levels of organisations.

Rex has a strong understanding of the key business functions. He specialises in the areas of sales, marketing, financial planning and recruitment selection

He is a member of the MBA Association of Ireland and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators.

He is a Board member of the Institute of Management Consultants & Advisers.
